 You can connect to the Genus Care frame using the Genus App that comes with a subscription plan, allowing you to keep an eye on your loved ones anytime, anywhere. You can even set weekly reminder alerts to regularly stay in touch, reducing any chance of loneliness.

Introducing The Genus Mobile SOS Button & FLIC Button

  • Genus Care Mobile SOS Button To keep your aged care residents safe we’d like to introduce the Genus Mobile SOS Button which is suitable to use when they leave your facility.
  • In the case of an emergency, a simple press of the contact button is all that is required to get help. Wiring is not required, just an internet connection and power source.
  • Connectivity: It is a 3/4G enabled portable device. When the SOS button is pressed, an SMS with GPS coordinates is sent to the Genus Cloud alarming all carers.
  • Voice Call: Once pressed, every caregiver will be able to call directly to the SOS button.
  • Waterproof: It is waterproof and can be worn whilst showering.
  • Wireless charging: It can be charged by simply placing it in the base station, allowing you to charge overnight.

Genus Care FLIC Button For Remote Connection

The FLIC Button is suited when your aged care resident is
within your facility and requires immediate attention and help.

How Does it Work?

  • Connectivity: With a press of the FLIC button, your aged care resident can make calls within 25m of the Genus Frame. It is also compatible with Android and iOS via the Genus Care App.
  • Waterproof: You can wear it during showers with the included lanyard.
  • Placement: The FLIC button can stick on any surface around the home.
  • Battery: It also comes with a 3-year replacement battery life.
